Downloadable (pdf) products are free of any delivery charges. Otherwise minimum postal charges apply.

Books sent to an address in the UK are charged 20% to cover the cover of postage and packing up to a maximum cost of £6. Orders of £70 and over are post free. Minimum charge is £3.

Books sent to Europe are charged at 40% of the purchase price, with a minimum charge of £10.  Buyers in the EU can expect to pay VAT to the delivery agent in addition to our charges.

Books sent to the Rest of the world are charged upwards from a minimum of £28.  All Buyers in these geographic areas are asked to email us before purchase to get an indidual quotation (see below).

The membership subscription rate (printed) per annum includes the cost of delivery of six mailings per annum of IRS Bulletins (and four RECORDS if full membership).

We are happy to use express delivery methods such as air mail or secure carrier and will charge you only the actual cost of postage by your chosen method.

We will do our best to despatch your order within two weeks but please bear in mind that all of our Sales Team are volunteers and so at busy periods and holiday times you might experience a small delay before we are able to despatch to you.
