Industrial Railway Record
The Society began producing a magazine, the INDUSTRIAL RAILWAY RECORD, in 1962, initially at irregular intervals, but which eventually became quarterly. Over nearly sixty years it has developed in to a researcher’s treasure trove of authoritative articles on industrial railways, both in the UK and abroad, many written by experts in their field. The magazine is distributed free to members but a surplus is printed for every issue, so recent editions can be purchased here, new. In addition, we have a number of used copies of older issues available for sale (the prices of which vary, depending on their scarcity).
